Alright….here comes the most tricky part. How am I gonna sum up myself within such small paragraph? Well, let me try to start with a little bio of myself.
Grown up in China, and eager to see the world. Have been to England while I was still in college. It is a great turning point for me. From then on, I now that the stage for me is not within one country. So here I am in Maryland, U.S , studying, and of course, see the world. I’m just always so comfortable with myself while I’m away from home. As a typical Sagittarius, traveling is part of my soul. I’ve set up a goal of setting my foot on 5 continent. Now accomplished four of them : Austria, Spain in Europe, Argentina in South America, Australia, Canada and of course U.S in north America. Only Africa left. And I’ll be there , hopefully, next spring break.
Along with traveling, I kinda develop my photographing hobby as well. I’m always thrilled to catch the most splendor natural wonders. I would wake up at 3am with like 1 digit temperature, climbing uphill and staying in the chilly wind and see the spectacular rosy sun rise. I would stay with the kid for the whole afternoon and trying to catch the moment of their happy face while feeding the kangoroos. I would spend the entire day wandering along small streets with classical architecture surprising my eyes, with a peaceful and appreciation mind inside. Life is about beauty. And life is about finding the beauty with your eyes.
Maybe the passion for tasting flavors of different country gives me the open mind to the fusion cuisines, and revealed my inner passion for food. I would always excited to try new recipes and new food. Researching recipes, doing food experiments, adding little twist to the flavor, making the food more healthy , are the things always on my mind. Maybe this is too “housewife” as my Dad would say, it is my hobby, and finally, I admit it proudly. As my dream to open a little bistro sometime later in my life, I would start with my trials with this foodie blog, share my story and food, as well as my life style (hopefully it is healthy enough) with the people who understand this passion, and fully appreciate it.
So from last night, I know every day, there is something exciting waiting for me, officially, my food blog, a group of connoisseurs’ food creations, it is just another world that I really would like to live in.
